"I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."

I booked it as pre-paid, but when i went there the staff had no clue about the booking, the room i booked was not ready they put me in family rooms and then 1 day later, to a tri-bed room, the condition of both rooms were same as i mentioned above. "Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. "

"After chat contact, the property let us know we could check in after 14.00. However, arrival at the property at 17.30 gave us a big surprise. The hotel said the room is not available, we could pay extra and then have another room. This practise is unacceptable and we went to another hotel. Don't go there!"
