"Location is central with direct access to public transport. Room is good sized. Mattress is too firm for me. Although towels are clean, I would kindly suggest to change to new ones as they look old. Pool is good sized and there is a service elevator to avoid the main lobby. There is a sauna room but I did not use this. Food is average for me. The staff is brilliant. It was a crazy day and all the road will be blocked and this hotel is right on the road where the black Nazarene will pass by so it will save you a lot of time for the black Nazarene and it’s very close to the final Quiapo church.
