"Gorgeous hotel in a very cool neighbourhood -you can catch a super cheap tram to get into the CBD. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable (Max in Bar Julius was a standout sweetheart). The room was modern, clean and specious with a gorgeous shower. There are some great restaurants in the local area (Regina & NOUR were both lovely). It was a bit of a pain having to go to a gym down the road but that was the only negative! "

"The position and room were excellent. Monica from reception gave us excellent assistance during our stay. The only difficulty was having to use casting to watch live TV. We didn't bother because we were out most of our stay anyway."

"Was an absolutely amazing experience staying for a milestone birthday. Recognised for my Bonvoy status even though it was booked through a third party platform and upgraded to a suite with a partial harbour view. Was lovely having a beer on the patio looking over the gardens and harbour. Surprised with balloons in the room with cake from Chef. Then later surprised again with more sweet treats and candle with the staff singing happy birthday when I went to the club lounge for pre-dinner...
