I was unable to contact Expedia for a correction and I will never use Expedia again. I used Expedia last night to book a hotel at the Red Roof in Lafayette,La but it was never received by either the hotel or by me. I will be reporting this on social media unless I receive a FULL cancellation of my charges."

"I booked this hotel for one night while on a road trip from St. Louis Mo to Florida. VERY sketchy place. A very wild looking unkept man was behind the window. He told me he knew nothing about a reservation. He wouldn't even take my name! But... I called Hotels.com, and they found me a different hotel. It was more money, but Hotels.com paid the difference! I will never recommend this hotel, but always reccommend Hotels.com! Many good hotels!"
