"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

"I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.)"

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"Perfect spot to stay if you are going to a ball game. Valet parking made it quick and easy. Everything was clean and updated. Will stay again if in the area."
