The owner is friendly and very helpful. He also has lots of information about things to do in the area as well as different artwork and mementos around the house that represent Akron. "It is an older hotel, but it is nice and clean and safe. Easy to get to from the interstate. Easy parking. They have a Starbucks in the lobby!! It snowed when we stayed there and they had stuff available in the lobby that you could use to get the snow off your car. I appreciated that! "
