"Stayed overnight in ADA room, 2 adults. Room was well appointed, green focused (trash + recyclables). ADA rooms located at far end of floor, so leave time to get around. Check-in was quick, painless, and friendly. Rooms use Angel Soft brand of facial tissue and toilet paper. Nice! We were in the ..."

"This is a bare-bones hotel located adjacent to the projects. Safety at night is questionable at best and unpredictable. A candle vigil was set up on the corner to pay respect to a recent shooting. The hotel rooms are exceptionally small, hardwood floors, a microwave on the floor, and a TV that barely ..."

"The staff at reception were always so cheerful and helpful. The view from the city view rooms are incredible, and such a short trip into manhattan via subway. "**Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Lack of Customer Service** For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from check-in to checkout. "This is a small, 2-bedroom apartment in edge of Spanish Harlem. Think...Residence Inn that desperately needs a remodel. I travel a lot and did enjoy having a fridge and tea kettle. That said, there is no place to work except the high-top kitchen table. The chair I sat in had the footrest bar broken ..."
