"Very disappointed with our stay here, the room was not clean and smelled extremely strongly of smoke. We tried everything to get rid of the smell but nothing helped. There was also damp on the walls and the curtains were mouldy. Would avoid staying here again in the future."

"Stayed in the 6 bed dorm. It was a bit of a mess with 4 other ppl's belongings taking up every imaginable surface but was lucky no one snored too badly as there's absolutely no sound proofing. Bring ear plugs. Bathroom was clean. Don't sit on the furniture outside as everything is crawling with ants"

The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.
