"I hate to leave a bad review as the guy is so nice but I have to be honest. First night i stayed in room A2, it had no curtains, no towel rail, no mirror, no hot water, the smallest basin, no shelves, no nothing ! If you stay then make sure you do not get this room. The second 2 nights I switched rooms thankfully. Room A1 had a basin, towel rail etc but still no hot water, it cut out after about 1 min and went cold. "I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Umana Bali (Villa 112) from 6–9 June 2026, and every moment of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. From pre-arrival right through to departure, the entire Umana team consistently delivered warm, genuine, and attentive service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalised — the team was always friendly, highly responsive, and truly committed to making the experience seamless and memorable. I would also like to sincerely thank Ary, and Angely for answering my questions prior to my arrival, and Bapak Tofik for his outstanding support throughout my stay. They were prompt in responses, incredibly accommodating, and handled every request with ease. Having breakfast at Commune was also another highlight of my stay. There was a buffet selection plus made-to-order dishes. Everything was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality options, beautifully presented and delicious. The buffet section was not huge but you can always request something you like and the team will try to accommodate."

"recently stayed at Hideaway Residence in Bali and had such a beautiful experience. The place was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was very good — fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable throughout our stay. The house was spotless, and housekeeping made sure everything was cleaned daily, which made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. The apartment itself was stunning. The vanities, equipment, and all amenities were in excellent condition — everything worked perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in maintaining the property. And the pool… absolutely exquisite. It was one of my favourite parts of the stay — peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali."
