"Overall great stay. It sure how many of their stays are two nights like us, but having handy the top things to do in town and in the area would be great. Better yet, offer to send it in advance. The other thing I would say is that there needs to be more hooks on the walls so two people can each hang a towel, toiletries bag plus clothes you plan to put on after a shower. This is consistently an observation for all accommodations."

"I would not recommend this hotel. I stayed here as the weather was turning bad and I had been staying in a tent prior. At check-in reception was closed. Details of how-to check-in were unclear, in so we had to call the property. Reception closed at 5pm. This wasn't clear on the website. When we checked out the next morning, we had to put the key in a key box, but it barely fit in. I had to shove it through the hole. In terms of the accommodation, the shower head & pressure were good. The rest...

"Tha bed sheets were white and looked clean. The walls were freshly painted. The toilet cracked stained and the plastic seat and systern were fit only for a prison. Being very old missfitting and the plastic crazed the cystern leaked and had to be Turner off to allow sleeping the windows x2 only one was fitted and very poorly with flywire. I booked because it had a 4 star rating. We were so disappointed when we arrived. It was truly a low point in our stay in Tasmania. The problem 😕 was the...

"I booked a two-bedroom cabin for four adults. Upon check-in, the lady there assigned me a one-bedroom cabin. I questioned this by showing the booking details in my Expedia account, the lady didn't admit mistake and take responsibility, saying they received booking from Expedia for one adult only. In checking the cabin, I realised the cabin was not in ready for use condition, no sheets, no toiletries. Tje cabin can't fit in 4 adults in a very cold night, I was not provided any solution, then had...
