"This is an absolutely beautiful motel with beautiful rooms. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with mountain views and it was fantastic especially after there was snow on one of the mornings in the middle of spring! The only downside was when we returned back one night to find most of the parking spots filled and the available spots were a little difficult to fit in so we ended up parking on the front lawn for that night which wasn't a problem but maybe not ideal."

"Great hotel, central to all the shops and restaurants in Queenstown. Only stayed one night passing through but the hotel staff communicated well, were very friendly and the room was comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the hotel on-site cafe for breakfast as well and loved the we could walk along the water and to the shops with ease. Street parking was also available and easy overnight "
