De inรญcio tivemos a insatisfaรงรฃo de nรฃo sermos informados que o translado de balsa sรณ seria a partir das 11:30, chegamos no pรญer em una era 10:00 horas da manhรฃ, com nossos filhos pequenos, e tivemos q ficar 1:30 esperando dar a hora para atravessar. Sรณ poderรญamos atravessar antes se estivรฉssemos vindo com o translado deles, que era 3x mais caro ou pagรกssemos 160 por pessoa. Isso nรฃo foi informado na descriรงรฃo da compra pelo hotels.com. Quanto a estadia lรก, foi tudo muito agradรกvel, funcionรกrios educadรญssimos e prestativos. Com excessรฃo ao agendamento do restaurante temรกtico, que nรฃo conseguรญamos agendar pelo site, aรญ fui falar com o conscierge, que conseguiu uma vaga. Porรฉm a comida do restaurante geral era mil vezes melhor. E no checkout, jรก mandaram uma carta na minha porta um dia antes, me lembrando que teria q sair ao meio dia, como se jรก nรฃo soubesse.
