"Fantastic experience! The Hanok is beautiful: the atmosphere immediately felt warm and welcoming. It was quiet and more spacious than we thought. It felt new and well maintained. "Really beautiful and spacious apartment living. Clean with beautiful views of the ocean. Heated floors even. Easy location with convenience to a grocery store, 7-11 and mall with lots of food places. The AC and refrigerator dispenser options were a little hard to navigate even with Google translator. Tips: there are lots of LCT locations and so you need to be specific about which one. “Apartmento” seems to register with taxi drivers. Or they can figure it out with Google Maps or NAVER...

"The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk.
