"Worth it, but resting in its laurels. No doubt a beautiful spot, a lovely hotel and the balcony breakfast spot is great, pool is great. Sea access even better. But Food is very average. Rooms are poor - thin walled. Lot of bathroom noise from other rooms. Pillows may suit some but overly large and firm. Im only 6 foot but feet hanging off the bed. Bathroom window didnt open. When i asked for different pillows the receptionist laughed and said no options. Id rather stay at the parador...

"Vistas espectaculares.

"Strategic location in costa brava, making it easy to access a variety of beaches and towns. Property is beautiful, great pool and bedrooms. Breakfast has few options but quality is great. Been there twice and really like it."

"Every staff member we encountered were more than helpful and very very kind. We really appreciated the staff. Helen was great during our arrival and getting us settled in. The hotel is sooo cute, cozy, and clean. Absolutely recommend."

"Facility, room, uniqueness, location (see comment below), owners/staff all good to excellent. Comment on location - because of vehicle limitation and no dedicated parking it is a little incovenient for older or incapitated guests or guests with large baggage. The owner sent emails ( I missed) after booking sent regarding parking and driving but without visiting it is difficult to appreciate."

"Nice place with a view. Wonderful beach location. The restaurant was delicious and staff were lovely. I would stay again."

"Loved the hotel, and the gorgeous view! Situated at the top of the hill and overlooking the beautiful ocean and Palafrugell. The breakfast was amazing and the surrounding hikes are fabulous. A real adult cheque boutique experience. The rooms are a bit small but all else is with the 4-5 star!!"

"Great location, away from the crowds, fantastic views from our room facing the town and the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast was included, the selection was varied and tasty"

"It is a beautiful hotel and is just next to the castle . Only think is need put more shampoo rinse and shower body cause was only one thing for everything and was almost empty!"
