"Excellent location, full of restaurants, shops. Hotel staff is attentive and goes above and beyond. The hotel has a good restaurant and a great and very convenient shelter with a helpful attendant who offered us drinks (water, coffee, etc.), facilities. Our 2-room suite 504 with a full kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, the furniture in this hotel is amazing, new, has a warm ancient look of heavy wood with a touch of modern luxury. Comfy beds. Bathroom experience in our room was a bit disappointing - hot water shoots sporadically for 3 seconds and then the temperature goes back to what you want it to be. The waterproofing made us struggle to not direct the water stream to the shower glass, as water would leak out. Once we managed to handle all that, it left us with funny stories to share. Not taking away from the overall outstanding hotel experience. The staff also gifted us with an extra prosecco and a large fruit plate !! Thank you, all, for the unforgettable experience in Lviv!! We will be back."

"This place is great especially if you are a fan of Soviet nostalgia. It is a grand old hotel built when Comrade Stalin controlled this part of the world but other than the careful restoration, there is nothing Soviet about this place. Super helpful staff, great access to the city, and fully renovated rooms and bathrooms!"

"The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Great staff, including the doorman who assist with taxis. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Absolutely clean hotel. And even small details in the bathroom: intuitive shower controls, washcloths provided, even a translucent window so you do not have to switch on a bright light in the middle of the night. My room 306 was directly opposite the elevator, which was no problem, as I never heard it. I never heard noises from other guests, and the windows really do eliminate most street noise. Also, Bank is not directly in the city center, just a 5 minute walk away, which means less noise and congestion. It is the perfect location for proximity to Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (across the street) and Lviv Poly Tech, just a 5 minute walk through the park."

"Amazing hotel. Even for 2026 Kyiv was amazing stay. I felt safe, easy to check in and understand English. Amazing location and close everything, even the metro. The view i had was great. Coffee bar is clutch. Would stay again if i come back."

"Perfect location, steps from the railway station - easy to roll suitcases those 100-150m. Very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. Rooms are small but sufficient. Great shower, quality linen, mini fridge, strong reliable wifi. Right by the metro/subway station. Fantastic value-to-price ratio. I will stay in this Ibis location again - won't be even looking for another place."
