Relaxing close to the Bodensee

Fien room, excellent service (good English spoken), good parking and nice outdoor areas. Quiet location with good main road access. Public transport to Meersburg and tje Bodensee easily available,

Very nice experience. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms en good location. Possibility to charge electric car in front of the hotel (Wirelane network). In summer season free use of public transport in Bodensee region. We definitely reccomend this hotel.

Convenable mais confort perfectible

L’hôtel dans l’ensemble est plutôt correct pour faire étape mais pas pour un séjour prolongé. Le positif : Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et fourni. Le personnel est sympathique. La literie est confortable. Il y avait un petit balcon. Attention cependant : il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants, ni de volets, les portes fenêtres ne s’ouvrent qu’à moitié. Nous étions en pleine canicule d’août et aucune climatisation, nous avons eu très chaud la nuit. Il manque des places de parking, c’était parfois un peu difficile de trouver une place. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas très bien non plus.

Für den Preis, 2 DZ/ZF für 2 Übernachtungen über EUR 1000.- ist deutlich zu teuer. Veraltete Zimmer ohne Balkon, ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, schwarzer Schimmel in der Dusche. Gastgeberin war herrisch und nicht Gästeorientiert. Parkplätze zu wenig verfügbar und eng. Chef bat uns „seinen“ Parkplatz an, das war nett.

Wir haben ein großes Familienzimmer gebucht, was bei Anreise wegen Brandschutzauflagen aber gar nicht nicht verfügbar war (auf der Homepage des Hotels werden die Familienzimmer aber weiterhin angeboten). Wir haben dann ein kleines Doppelzimmer mit einem Zusatzbett bekommen. Da uns der Platz zu eng war (nur ein sehr kleiner Schrank und kleines Bad) wurde uns dann ein weiteres Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Zimmer nach hinten raus war ruhig und hatte auch einen Ventilator. Das Zimmer zur Straße hatte leider keinen Ventilator, so dass es nachts mit geschlossenem Fenster (wegen Straßenlärm) doch recht stickig war. Außerdem gab es in dem Zimmer zur Straße einige Defekte (Leselampe kaputt, keine Schranktüren, eine durchgelegene Matratze, Schimmel in der Dusche). Das Personal im Hotel war freundlich, es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorm Hotel und einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Das Abendessen im Restaurant fanden wir geschmacklich nicht so gut.
