Everyone was super friendly and the Wellness area was great. The breakfast was good too but it was everyday the same. The bathroom in the neighbour house was also very little. All in all we were Happy though.

It was not a good experience. The hotel is far from Zurich airport. We arrived late due to traffic delays and there were no one to assist. There are 2 hotel buildings. The economic category one doesn’t have a lift. The Bathroom didn’t have door but curtain. There were no basic amenities like tea or coffee in the room. We booked in 3 rooms and with elderly parents it was challenging.

Unser Zimmer war leider ein wenig finster sodass den ganzen Tag Licht nötig war. Da meine Frau gehbehindert ist war das Zimmer mit den dazwischen liegenden Treppen, hinauf und hinunter nicht gerade hilfreich. Da nützt ein Lift nicht viel. Ansonsten freundliches Personal Betten in den Zimmern sind zu hart Wir hatten Halbpension, das dreigang Menu war hervorragend !!!!
