Seems the hotel has in recent years undergone maintenance, the room we were in was beautiful, vintage style furniture, nice and clean. Would stay here again. The building itself is also beautiful, perfectly located in the city centre

The hotel is ine of the best in the area, its location attached to Central Mall and lower undergriund parking, A very Professional front desk Staff, Bell Men, Parking attendants, housekeeping, lobby Bar and Bar tenders/staff are great to just sit and relax with. My 8 year strong visits have only once let me down, we invited "8" hotel guest to dinner only to find a menu and meal a total disappointment to everyone in the party. We paid for our meals and ended up at burger King (bad Idea) on the bright side (Always) breakfast "To Die for"

The room was not spotless, under the bed was full of dust. The hotel is outdated so I didn't expect much. My room has light issue it didn't work in the hallway. Need to call twice to get a new light bulb. My room didn't have the slippers but luckily I have my flip flops to wear during my three days stayed. I just like the location, it next to the Central plaza and airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room needs working fixtures before customers check in. My shower head was loose so it was a trick to get the shower right down onto your body. The shower has strong pressure and nice hot/cold water. It's okay for short stay.
