"Water pressure problems throughout our stay. Hit water coming through both cold and hot taps. We had no shower for the duration of our stay. Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. "Really friendly welcome at reception and we quickly got our keys for two twin rooms. The rooms were fine, clean and comfortable. We used the hotel to stay overnight before a Channel Tunnel crossing which was just 10 minutes away. It was the cheapest hotel that I could find in the area and exceeded my expectations. The decor was improved from the hotel's appearance on Channel 4's "4 In A Bed" a few years previous. Slightly disappointed that they don't offer breakfast, but Gingers in Hythe was excellent. "

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the bed was very big and comfortable, the service was great and the staff very sweet and friendly. Our room had a beautiful sea view, definitely worth the extra pennies. It’s a bit of a shame that the road just below is quite busy and noisy throughout the day. Nevertheless, it was great to be so close to the sea, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way."
