THIS HOTEL IS BY FAR EXCEPTIONAL! I stayed at Emana Akatara (Pool Villa) for 5 days/4 nights and I enjoyed every second! The staff were amazing! From the laundry services to setting up my beautiful flower tub with complementary photo shoot to helping schedule multiple massages ughh I could go in and on! This hotel is perfect if you need the right amount of relaxation with the right amount of Balinese culture. They offer many traditional Balinese activities right onsite! And the shuttle to Ubud central is the icing on the cake! The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable! The food was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Thank you Emana Akatara Ubud💙

This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It’s a smaller style boutique hotel. It’s outside of Ubud so not walking distance into the centre but they do provide a shuttle and it’s easy enough to hire a driver. We had the Emana Pool villa which was an absolutely stunning room overlooking a rice field. It was spotless, so comfortable and just beautiful. The staff at this hotel are so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for us. The on site spa is amazing and we used it twice. There is also an on site restaurant which is really good too. Overall we had an amazing experience at this hotel and wished we could have stayed for longer.

Staying at the Emana Akatara hotel was truly wonderful. The room was so spacious, beautiful and clean and very relaxing. The pool area was relaxing and wonderful - and right next to the bar, so you can easily order drinks and snacks. However was really sets the hotel apart from anywhere else is the FANTASTIC staff, who all wanted to make sure you have the best time and made me feel so welcome. They are the most lovely young people I’ve meet in a very long time. They really represent Balinese culture so well, by their kindness, helpfulness and friendliness. Always asking how my day has been. They have a list of different activities you can go on, and I went on a bike trip around local villages, rice fields and nature. It was such an amazing day out. I had a really relaxing stay at the Emana Akatara. Special shoutout to Leena, Ayu, Anggi, Komang, Gung Radit, Okta, Desal, Adel, Bayu and Dena. You are all superstars and I can’t wait to come back.

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Pool was nice and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is a bit far from town but they had a free shuttle so we didn’t mind.

From arrival to departure, the staff was so friendly and caring! The spa was amazing and the staff was so great at all 3 of our services during our stay. The restaurant was also fantastic, with each dish being so well prepared. James, our driver each day was amazing. He did an incredible job showing us around and ensuring we were able to see all the sites and guides in a way that took care of us every step of the way. The room was amazing. Overlooking the rice fields with our own private pool and out door area to relax. I could not recommend this property more. Thank you all for a fab time in Bali

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, from the start the staff made us feel welcome and it really added to our holiday. The hotel is located outside of central Ubud which made a nice change from the busy centre. The hotel offered free activities throughout the day such as a morning walk through the local village which was lovely, with the young women who took us about being knowledgeable and helpful. There is also complimentary tea and coffee in the afternoon which was a really nice touch. We also had a relaxing massage during our stay which was very nice to have. They also offer free transport to the Ubud centre at certain times which was also a good thing to have. The only downside would be the street leading towards a the hotel was more of a dirt track which can make it difficult to transit. Apart from that I would fully recommend this hotel, it was our best stay during our time in Bali. Thank you to the stay for making it memorable.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were so friendly and helpful! The pool was beautiful and not crowded at all. The daily breakfast included many options and could be ordered any time 7am-7pm which I really appreciated! The property was also beautiful and I really enjoyed the activities offered, especially learning how to make the Balinese offerings! Overall I had a wonderful experience, and would absolutely recommend!!

Helpful and polite staff and well kept and serviced rooms. We stayed in both a pool villa and a standard room and both were excellent with the pool villa being a stand out. A rough and somewhat dark road heading to the resort had us concerned, but this was short lived. A shuttle into town is available and a Grab into Ubud Palace area is anywhere from 30k to 75k IDR

Everything was excellent. I felt so welcomed. Everyone very respectful and always wearing a beautiful smile. The facilities were beautiful, clean and relaxing. The services, from the front desk, restaurant and massage services were all great. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.

The staff, food, and rooms are incredible. The spa is top notch. You just need to know you are at a place that is pretty isolated. But I would just hire a driver to get me wherever I wanted to go and it's super cheap. I will 100% be going back there. I loved it.

정말 최고의 휴가를 보냈어요 객실 상태도 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 청소도 자주해주고 에프터눈티 서비스까지 포함되어 있어서 정말 좋았어요 우붓 시내와 거리가 좀 있지만 그랩바이크를 이용하거나 정해진 시간에 호텔 차량 서비스를 이용할 수 있어요! 다음에 또 우붓에 오면 꼭 다시 찾을거에요!! 고마워요!! 친절한 직원들!!

I’ll start with the warm welcome i received at the airport from James: He was very lovely and communicated effectively from the time of pick up til drop off at hotel. The staff at the hotel itself were also very lovely and communicated effectively with me, they were very attentive and made sure all my inquiries were answered. The room was amazing, lovely views, clean and spacious. The amenities were also really good, i spent alot of time by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and again staff at restaurant were also amazing ! I took advantage of the vouchers they offer and I did a couple of excursions/tours, one of which was with Bayu. Bayu was lovely as well, super attentive and knowledgeable during such tour, i was under the weather due to personal reasons but he still made the best of the tour. Next time im in Bali i will definitely make time to book with this hotel again.

all food was fantastic. just know that everything is outdoor-style. no ac in eating area. staff was terrific. rooms good, just understand bugs sometimes get in room, especially if you leave lights on, need to ensure you keep balcony closed at night if lights on location is a bit difficult with poor road access but worth it
