We absolutely loved Adiwana Suweta. We stayed in one of the private villas, which was absolutely spectacular. But most of all, the staff was incredible! Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and they made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend it! We'd love to visit again!

What an excellent hotel in Ubud! We could not have asked for more. Not only was the service impeccable but as soon as you walk in, you feel like to step into a jungle oasis. The room was beautiful with very welcomed air conditioning ;) Various breakfast options and very filling. Great experience at the hotel's spa too. Very friendly and helpful staff. They went as far as too leave a birthday message on the bed for me and bring me a lovely birthday cake. Definitely made our Bali trip memorable and is one of our favourite accomodation of the trip.

We stayed here while we are at UBUD. They are very friendly and well-maintained hotel. I loved the staffs who was very kind and nice! They also have pretty garden and swimming pool. But we didn’t have a chance to get in there. Tell you the truth, you have no time to stay at the hotel because the city is too much things to do. There was a small sewer issues but they came and fix right away. Only one concern was the air conditioning system. Likely other south Asian countries, they don’t clean the filter that often so it could smell fungus a little bit. But it was much better than other hotels. Breakfast area was authentic and nice!! They are not the buffet style but the quality of the food was healthy and yum!!! We loved it! I think I wanna stay here again when I visit Bali next time!

I had a great experience at the hotel. They have lot of dining options and a shuttle available to go to Ubud City. On my last day I had a negative experience with breakfast. I had explained about the egg allergy. They brought meal with egg. They took it back and removed the egg from my plate. I kindly explained that they need to remove the areas that there were bits of egg. They took it back and did the same thing again. I gave up and ate a bit of my breakfast and lost my interest in eating. This would be my biggest concern that they would need to make a new meal if my allergy was serious. Overall my stay was great.

Great friendly hotel in beautiful Ubud

Truest a wonderful experience in the heart of Ubud. Rooms lovely and big Bathrooms were spacious and the egg bath was a nice addition View from room was breath taking overlooking the green canopy of the forest Restaurant was good serving all types of food and snacks Pool was not always that busy and a good size Shuttle bus into Ubud was very helpful and ran many times a day The staff are delightful, polite and interactive.

Wow, what a beautiful property. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was absolutely stunning. Spacious bedrooms/bathrooms and wonderful having our own plunge pool. The main pool was lovely as well. From the moment we arrived the staff have been magnificent. Welcome drinks and bracelet a lovely touch. ALL of the staff from reception, housekeeping, dining - both restaurant and in-room have been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this as a place to stay

The ultimate luxury in Ubud!

Lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our first days in Bali! Would 10/10 recommend! Villa with private pool feels like ultimate luxury. We did the cycling tour with Manik which was 200% worth the money! Everybody should have a guide like Manik. Yudian and Gusti from the reception were so helpful, the buttler service is out of this world, within seconds you have everything you ask for. We would surely come again!

We stayed in the suite Cempaka with private pool. The room was lovely but there are about 80 steps downhill to the room, making a bit of a challenge going back up, especially in the heat. Also when you are coming down the stairs, at a certain point, you can see directly into the outside area near the pool. If you wanted to sunbathe in the nude, this could be a problem

Kindest people in an amazing property

We were the lucky ones to be the first guests at their brand new villa, Soka. It was my birthday, and the team did not hold back: decoration in the room, cake with candle at bed time. It is an amazing property: the shared pool is wonderful, and comfortable. Relaxing music on the background, a great place to read a book. The villa itself is out of this world. The private infinity pool, rain shower, bath tub. All out of a magazine. Breakfast is really good, and served at a slow pace. Plenty of options included in the rate (fresh juice, coffee/tea, croissants, fruit platter and a la carte item of your choice). It’s 10min away from town, and a handy shuttle takes you back and forth to a drop off spot just by the Ubud Palace. They come and go 4 or 5 times a day, and you can reserve a spot via WhatsApp or at the lobby. We had a wonderful time, and wouldn’t look anywhere else when coming to Ubud again!

Séjour agréable mais quelques points à améliorer Nous avons séjourné trois nuits au Adiwana Suweta et avons grandement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que l’extrême gentillesse du personnel. Le service à la réception est irréprochable et la propreté des lieux est impeccable, ce qui contribue à une ambiance sereine et apaisante. Le restaurant offre un menu varié, toutefois les plats ne se sont pas montrés à la hauteur de nos attentes en termes de saveurs. De plus, bien que le personnel soit aimable, la barrière linguistique a parfois rendu les échanges au restaurant un peu laborieux, certains employés ayant de la difficulté à bien comprendre ou s’exprimer en anglais. Quant aux services du spa, ils ont été inégaux. Sur trois journées de soins, nous avons été satisfaits de la première et de la deuxième séance, mais la dernière fut décevante. La thérapeute ne nous a pas clairement expliqué les soins offerts, et les mouvements étaient répétitifs, manquant de dimension thérapeutique. En résumé, Adiwana Suweta est un établissement charmant avec un service hôtelier de qualité, mais quelques ajustements dans le restaurant et le spa pourraient vraiment élever l’expérience globale.
