Beautiful and peaceful sunset over the Mun River, Phibun Mangsahan, Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. Is it just me, or is that a horse?

Lotus seed heads, or pods, found in a local market in Thailand. Their unique appearance, similar to the spout of a watering can, makes them popular for decorating purposes and flower arrangements. The seeds can be eaten raw or boiled and are used in certain Thai desserts. More often, they're dried and sold as snacks.
