Os flats serramar, estão muito bem localizados, fator principal. As acomodações atendem muito bem as necessidades para se ter, uma ótima estadia. E tudo fica proximo, posto, mercado, padaria farmacias e o fundamental a maravilhosa praia do sape, BEM DE FRENTE.

No geral, o apto é bom, precisa atualizações.

Notamos desta vez, que o micro ondas não estava funcionando corretamente, a tecla minutos não opera apenas de 10 em 10 segundos, o aparelho é antigo. Neste apartamento a tv ainda não é smartv o que limita o bem estar de entretenimento, principalmente quando a estadia é prolongada. O ventilador de teto, é barulhento e desconfortavel......

A estádia foi muito boa, todos muito prestativos, o imóvel foi entregue limpo e bem organizando, deram várias dicas de passeios e locais para alimentação. Próximo a várias praias ótimas. A televisão poderia ser um pouco melhor, mas nada que desabone a estádia, o restante dos eletrodomésticos funcionavam perfeitamente, inclusive a geladeira que era ótima.

Atendimento muito bom. Limpeza. Rede WiFi. Localização (dá para ir à praia a pé, porém tem que atravessar a rodovia). Mobília muito boa. Boa estrutura, com ressalva à quantidade de tomadas (poucas). TV com parabólica (somente canais abertos). Local tranquilo. Recomendo e pretendo voltar! Obs. pessoal: Só sentimos falta de um aparelho de som, pois gostamos de ouvir música à assistir TV.

A pousada é um excelente ambiente, tudo que possui dentro é confortável e simples, para que você tenha uma viagem e um descanso tranquilo. As pessoas a volta e a equipe do local são super educados, gentis e prestativos,proporcionando comodidade e descanso para sua viajem. Na casa contém tudo completo, é limpa, arejada, contém ventiladores de teto, na cozinha e quarto. No quarto contém diversos travesseiros porém a roupa de cama é por sua conta. Obs:Levar repelente! Nota 10 para tudo,e não tem baratas. Perfeito!
