"Location good. TV was extremely slow and no subtitles when needed. Need lamp on desk and more than 1 wastebasket. And please provide a nightlight in the bathroom. Room was comfortable but bed is positioned weird - faces the window so all you see is through the apartment windows next door. And TV screen is at an angle when viewing from bed. Just a strange configuration. Very helpful staff."

"This hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. We had a suite by the english garden and loved the extra space. All furnishings were very nice. Loved the larger refrigerator. Very convenient to restaurants. The breakfast room was nice and large. Loved having salt, pepper napkins and available at each table. The variety of food was a cut above most other hotels. Only wish they would of had a waffle maker as waffles in the chafing dish are just not the same. The only thing I can ding them on is...
