"The property was under renovations during our stay and it was a very busy weekend so my stay may very well be different than most others. I will start by saying the staff was some of the best I've ever experienced! They were all so kind and helpful and really made me feel welcome and happy to be at the property. Both shuttle drivers were amazing (especially the gentleman who didn't normaly drive shuttle). The front desk staff was so kind and the night time server was so friendly. The property was clean and the room was perfect for us! Hopefully next time we stay the pool will be open so we can enjoy that amenity as well!"

"It is in the worst part of town with drug and prostitutes in and out. There were drug dealing going on in the parking lot. I would never stay there and when I called Hotels.com they weren’t going to refund my money until I spoke to the woman at the front desk. I told hotels.com that it was pretty sad that they don’t inspect the hotels on their site and that this is not the first time i have had a problem. Very disappointed in this site and the hotel. "

"The neighborhood is homeless and thug infested. Loud talking and loud cars all night long! Laundry room is only amenity I saw but didn't use. Felt unsafe there. the rooms have old furniture and cheap towels that are rough on the skin. I had to request a small refrigerator and microwave that were in the pictures of the rooms but not in mine! Would never stay here again."
