"Definitely would stay there again"

"Excellent breakfast, very clean room. The bar was very good although they had advertised 2 complimentary alcoholic drinks with the evening welcome snacks, apparently the state of MA does not allow this so i bought a glass of wine for $7. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to know. My biggest disappointment was the check in process. I had booked online for 1 night and paid with my "Chime" card, my plans changed soon after so I messaged the hotel (through their site) and requested a second night, preferably the same room. I have yet to receive a reply. I additionally sent another message requesting an early check in, guess what? I have yet to receive a reply. I went back to Expedia and booked another night and when I received the hotels confirmation, inviting additional requests I responded by telling them that I would like the same room as the previous night. Yeah, you guessed it, I have yet to receive a reply. At this point a reply will not be needed. When my wife and I arrived to check in I was told that an additional $100 was required to cover "incidentals" I gave the receptionist my Chime card and she informed me that the hotel did not accept Chime cards, nor would they accept cash (this is illegal according to my Google search). Ultimately I transferred money from my Chime account to another card and was able to pay for my "incidentals" then I was told early check in was not available and I should return at 2PM. "The kitchen was equipped for light cooking. There is a walking area outside. Walking outside of the back entrance the grounds were littered with cigarette butts which are not friendly to dogs. You pay almost as much for the pet fee as you do for the nights stay the grounds should be monitored for cleanliness for people and pets. The area is great. "

"Breakfast was a little pricey for the buffet. Pool was clean, rooms were great. They came in and cleaned everyday when we were gone, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Staff were friendly, hotel was quiet. Would stay again."

"I’ve been to a couple of hotels and this one is by far the worse one I’ve came across. Pool was dirty, front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there, hallways leading to the rooms were dirty. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and it had no shower curtain.And on top of that the tv didn’t work, it was so bad I decided to checkout a day early, NEVER COMING BACK…."

"I needed a room last minute. The price was very fair, and the staff very welcoming. The hotel, itself, feels like you were stepping back into 1995 to early 2000s time period it could definitely use some updating, but nothing was overly rundown. Oh! The restaurant next-door is fantastic also! It’s a clean, comfortable place to stay; nothing fancy, but definitely a plausible choice if in the area and you need accommodations."
