"Very noisy building. Common areas on top floor Had poor ventilation so was always extremely Hot and smelt like cleaner hours after the staff had gone through. If you’re not on the top Floor, you will hear every footstep of the person above you. The beds were pretty good though. It was clean. The breakfast was adequate. Staff was excellent. Just either bring earplugs, or prepare to be annoyed by it. "

"Staff were very sweet, was able to get a crib for my baby. Very pleased with the meal we got at the restaurant attached and the breakfast is worth it as well!! Amazing buffet with lots of healthy options along with the regular (eggs bacon hash sausage)"

"Parking was ample. The property was a bit run down and in need of a spring cleanup but had promise. The front desk person was good. The room had basic amenities, was reasonably clean, but previous damage had been poorly repaired. I believe the hot water boiler was under sized or in need of other repair because a shower at 9;00pm was borderline cold, but was fine at 11:00pm. However the price was reasonable and I will give this property another try when I am in the area. "

"Air Conditioning worked awesome, hotels not fancy but the price point was ok. No coffee on site or in your room. No filtered water to drink, no food on site. Just a basic room that was just fine. Pillows sucked but the bed was good."

Basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even a drinking cup provided, which is something you expect as a standard. "The exterior of this hotel is not good, however the front desk person was great, the room was clean, beds were very comfortable and quiet despite the hwy, more like white noise. I would book again."

"Positive : Bed was comfortable. One staff member was fine. Negative: Another staff member was rude and unhelpful when we asked for face cloths that were missing from our room. Floor was not clean; white socks did not stay white. Rooms were not soundproof at all. We could hear the next door neighbour's every word. No elevator. So be prepared if you're on the second floor."

"When you entered the room you, there was a strong deodorizer smell, the shower curtains smelled like mildew, and there was mold in the grout of the shower. I’m one morning I also found silverfish insects in the bathroom sink. The staff did provide a small discount which I didnt ask for, which was a nice touch, but it sid not matter as I have no plans on returning."

"Great hotel - clean, staff are amazing and offee little perks to make experience above the rest. Very basic breakfast - chocolate chips to add to the homemade waffles with the whipped cream on top. Bottled water, snack bag at check in for my young son, cookies, and water and iced tea in reception. Nice enough pool and hot tub. No complaints!"
