"This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring.
