"Noise was bad. Kids running on the hallway. If you are on the lower level you can hear people above your room wLikg. Room to room phone contact does not work. There was no door hangers to clean rooms. I had to go down to reception to have my room cleaned. I was there for 6 days."

"Excellent hotel. Close to Central West End neighborhood. Beautiful renovations of a classic historic hotel. Rooms were great. I had a one bedroom suite with seperate living room. No kitchen. Restaurants were good but a little pricey. Across the street from Forest Park so golf, the zoo, and museums are very close. Front desk check in was fast and personable. Parking valet was great."
