"When we arrived to our room, it was way to hot and the air was not on. Took most of the night to finally cool down. Someone else's food was left in the fridge from a prior stay and when we wanted coffee in the a.m there was stagnant water that left a slimey residue."

"Excellent hôtel en territoire Navajo avec un rapport qualité/ prix intéressant. Restaurant Denny's à proximité, très bon et accessible à pied. Le seul bémol réside dans les chambres à l'étage , si vous avez des valises lourdes il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Si c'est le cas demandez une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec parking en face la chambre."

"After calling HJ to verify there was a pool prior to booking, found out upon arrival there wasn't. Expedia nor HJ were willing to make it right. Good thing is I don’t have to use either again."

"An economical stay. Roomy, clean bath and linens. Improvements happening. Microwave, refrigerator, facial tissues provided. We were comfortable and enjoyed our overnight stay. Three renters waited for 15 minutes to check in at about 8:00pm, while re receptionist was out of the office and the door locked. The receptionist gave us one key, when we requested two. Continental breakfast."

"I am very thankful for the front desk staff at this location. We arrived VERY late due to the Amtrak train being delayed. The front desk guy was super helpful and got us checked in quickly. A different front desk guy was super helpful in getting me to Enterprise the next morning for a rental. If we are in the area again, we will stay here."

"Parking is a challenge. Lot is way, way too small for the property. Breakfast was cold, and we ate early. Not at all impressed!"

"The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!"
