"Absolutely 5/5 stars. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was clean and even ready early. The only thing people should be aware of is that there isn’t a spa or gym or pool at this property. They instead focus on their world class restaurants, bars, and afternoon tea experience. If you’d can go without the modern luxuries of those things and instead focus on a great location and damn good places to eat and drink, I recommend this property wholeheartedly."

"This is a regal hotel that is centrally located for the theatre district and the National Gallery. Although it is close to everything, the side street is quiet with a lovely garden behind and easy access to Embankment tube station. The staff is delightful and they recognized us whenever we walked through the lobby. Everything is spotless, including our spacious room. We never really figured the lights out, but that was a small thing compared to having 2 leather recliners and a heated bathroom...
