"I asked for a late checkout when I checked in early and was told to ask the following morning. When I asked the next day, I was told that they offered too many late checkouts and wouldn't allow me to check out late. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed."

"The price was great, so dealing with a few inconveniences happens. There wasn't a coffeemaker or microwave in our room, so our plan to have microwaved dinners didn't work! We bought a little coffee maker and some coffee. Had we asked they had extra coffee pots available. So ask before you buy. I don't know if they might have had a microwave or not. It was comfortable. The water in the shower hard to keep one temp, but I got clean. The ac/heat unit was either hot or cold! But it worked! ...
