Sleep Inn & Suites Auburn Campus Area I-85

"The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though.
I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment."
"Room had roaches . Was due a refund never reviewed it was due a full refund I have picture of roaches.. they lied about a full refund after not sending it and then tried to offer to refund half of the night. "
"The decor is just so awesome! It is such a fun and inviting place to stay with every attention to detail. Restaurant has beautiful views and good food."
"Enjoyed our stay. Beds were sublime. Room was small yet well appointed for my son and I. Front desk employees were welcoming and helpful. Only misses were the lack of sound proofing and very noisy wake up with the elevators at 6 am and the parking is a bit of a pain. "

"The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated having a kitchen and a large table, which gave us plenty of room to work on our laptops during our stay. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
That said, there were a few cleanliness and maintenance issues that could use more attention to detail. We found several dirty dishes that had been put back in the cabinets, including coffee cups with visible old coffee residue and silverware that had not been properly cleaned. To be safe, we ran everything through the dishwasher before using it.
The shower was also disappointing. The water never got hot and stayed cold/ lukewarm at best, and the water pressure was very low, which made showering take longer than expected and not very comfortable.
Overall, this wasn’t a bad stay, but for the price ($265 for one night), I expected a higher level of quality. I would recommend this hotel if you are able to find a good rate, but at this price point, it fell a bit short of expectations."
