The heater tyrned on in our room and there is no staff to help. After repeated visits to reception the problem was never resolved. Packing our bags to leave!!

The property is nicely landscaped and easily accessible by public transportation from Market square. Although the pictures of the waterpark are misleading. Obviously they were taken when the Club was first built. The waterpark is a fun experience if you have children, and the pool water is well maintained. You have to pay extra to use the waterpark it is not included with the price of the stay. This makes for a rather overpriced stay in an older hotel. Biggest complaint is that the entire facility has no Air conditioning and is very hot in the hotel rooms and even the restaurants. The Classic Pizza restaurant was very good and comfortable.

Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

Suht. siisti hotelli, mutta yleisilme jäänyt 80- ja 90-luvun kultaisille vuosille. Vähän rahastamisen makua monessa asiassa esim. pysäköinnin hinta hotellivieraille tai lisäveloitukselliset kylpytakit. Vähän tylyn oloinen vast.ottovirkailija sisäänkirjautuessa. Huoneessa hyvä sänky, mutta huonot tyynyt. Jääkaappia olisi toivonut myös huoneeseen. Allasosasto kiva ja monipuolinen, mutta erikoinen järjestely kulkea pukuhuoneisiin allasosaston ja pesuhuoneiden kautta. Aamiainen perustasoa: reilusti vaihtoehtoja ja ruoka riitti kiireiseenkin aikaan, mutta ei mitään ylimääräistä tasoa kohottavaa tekijää. Ruokaravintolassa (O´learys) joutui jonkin aikaa odottamaan pöytään pääsyä ovella, jolloin yksikään useasta vierestä kulkeneesta tarjoilijasta ei ottanut mitään kontaktia ennen pöytään ohjannutta tarjoilijaa. Ruoka sielläkin perustasoa. Ei mitään ylimääräista VAU-elämystä.
