Staff was very courteous. Only issue was when it rained heavily water leaked from the ceiling to floor windows. Other than that no other issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of tropical fruit. Would certainly recommend the Hotel.

The staff at the hotel are wonderful- always eager to assist and provide us with any necessities that we required. The room we stayed in was renovated, and newer; wonderfully clean and in excellent shape. We requested daily housekeeping, and the quality of service provided was exceptional.

Soy Local Centro Historico
The room was spotles and the location was the best in town being less than a minute away from the clock tower. The staff was courteous and professional as always and i have no shame to that Cindy & Richard are amongst my favorite people in Cartagena. I can't wait to go back!
