"Everyone was professional, polite friendly, helpful and informative. Room was nice rugs very clean linen perfect mattress comfortable good in room coffee new less plastic k cups. I had an ocean frount view room It was great this hotel is w in walking distance of the ferry to Nova Scotia. Yes it’s worth the money there is a shuttle bus to take you to the village green so you can drink and ride. It runs every 15 mins w the last bus out at 10p"

"This is really a wonderful facility, and the staff/owner was very professional, gracious, and pleasant. The room was quite nice. The problem we had is that it is a little bit too far to walk to downtown, which is kind of important because the parking and downtown Bar Harbor is absolutely horrendous."

I felt immediately welcomed and his suggestions for dinner were spot on. The room was clean and quiet. Plus the view was better than area hotels at more than double the cost. Definitely a hidden gem.
