"As a repeat guest at Adam Hotel, I have always appreciated the property, and I continue to be impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the excellent maintenance of the amenities.
However, I felt that the overall level of service during this stay did not quite align with the expectations of a 5-star hotel. "Se ve que las fotos son de hace mucho tiempo, pues el hotel ya no se parece mucho con el aspecto actual; aunque reservamos 3 habitaciones, nos acomodaron en solo 2 habitaciones, faltaban toallas, bajé por ellas y no tenían, me pidieron esperar para que llegaran de la lavandería, faltaban sábanas y cobijas, no había un solo vaso, a pesar de que las habitaciones tienen cocina.
Nos fuimos pasando la primera noche y pues como era de esperarse, no obtuvimos reembolso por la noche faltante.

"El triplex es una casa preciosa en medio de uno de los barrios más agradables que vimos. Sidi Bou Saïd ofrece todo lo que necesitas tanto de día como de noche. Las habitaciones estaban totalmente equipadas, con baño y ducha, y muy cómodas. Todo fue fácil desde el principio, repetiríamos sin dudarlo :)
