"Wonderful experience at this all-inclusive resort for families with varied ages of children from 1 year to 16 years old! Plenty of activities for young and old! The photographer at the resort created amazing memories. There was a variety of good foods the most sought after were from the poolside and late night room service. I had great communication with the front desk who kept me alerted daily about activities and followed up on my questions and/or concerns. So needless to say I was disappointed when I realized I left a diamond earring in the room after checkout and texted the resort within 15 minutes of leaving the property; they responded by directing me to an email address to submit a claim. Because of network issues while going to the airport the email took longer to transmit than text messaging-ultimately getting a response a day later which was not timely enough to retrieve my earring. Lastly, my luggage was not given to us when the claim ticket was submitted. We were a party of 12 with 4 claim tickets. All luggage was loaded onto the transportation vehicle except 2 pieces. We didn’t realize my luggage was not in the vehicle until we arrived at the airport. We immediately contacted the resort who located my luggage and said they would send it to us via taxi and cover the cost. When the taxi arrived, the driver would not release the luggage without payment ($100 US dollars). We had to pay it in order to make our flight. We still have not been reimbursed!"

"This hotel is magnificent. So clean and well maintained. The room was extraordinary. Never experienced a hotel room with a pool in it. The bar tender Thomas has experience with making good drinks. The restaurant Samsara was great. The food options were excellent and the service was very good. Their coffee every morning was amazing. I love the long pool that stretches from the front to the back of the hotel. Pool guy maintained the pool clean from leaves and bugs. They all have a spa, yoga, ice bath, and sound healing on site. "
