"We booked two rooms in January of 2026. This hotel is an unbelievably beautiful property. We truly felt that we traveled back in time and felt like royalties. The ambiance, amenities, staff, service, food..just WOW !!! Will highly highly recommend this place to anyone who travels to Varanasi. It is right on Ganga ji and they have complementary ferries to any ghat you wish to visit.."

"This hotel is OK if you dont want hot running water on demand in the evenings. If you do, you need to ask the staff to switch on the immersion heater 30 minutes before you want your shower! On our last morning, there was also no hot running water. Instead, we were presented with a bucket of hot water. There is AC in the room but this is used to cool the room only and not heat the room. As we were there in winter time, we were very cold! We booked a premium room which was so small! We asked to see more rooms of the same grade but the front of house staff were not very accommodating. When we raised the issue of no hot water with the manager of the hotel, we received a highly generic and unsatisfactory response. We escalated this to the CEO from whom we received no response at all. For a hotel chain that markets itself as luxury, they fall way below that grade. They were also one of the most expensive hotels we stayed in on our trip to India but one of the lowest scoring. Go elsewhere if you want good service, warm rooms of a reasonable size and hot water as standard. Above all, go somewhere else if you want to stay at a hotel which values its clients."

"Hotel didn’t provide heating system, the room temperature was around 5 degrees. I had to request for room heaters and the staff demanded 500 Rupees per day. Finally agreed for 400 Rupees and at the end of the trip they did not give me the receipt for the Money I paid. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay, though the staff was trying to be friendly. The hotel should inform the customer before if there is any extra charges. "

"At this price i found it ok. Don't go with high expectations in terms of facilities such as basic amenities, because it looks more house than a hotel. Overall cleaning is good and most important it is very near to Assi Ghat. "

He guided us throughout the city, sharing detailed information and insights while ensuring we visited all the major temples and important places in and around the holy city. "Worst experience ever, firstly they took for ver to check me in as they hadn’t received the payment while one of your agents also spoke to them and tried to confirm the payment was done but still they wouldn’t let us in for an hour or so and the gave us a bad room with wet, swollen walls and room was smelling muggy. Then comes the bed, pillows were dirty with stains and when pointed to the staff, they arrogantly says what’s wrong with it however they did change it for another shabby ones. Floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned in months it looked like and to top it up, they wouldn’t let us checkout unless we paid for the rooms again after having paid for it on your website. Overall most terrible experience and horrible stay at this hotel. "
