Bed was clean but no towels were provided even after we asked 2 days in a row parking lot is small the room floor was wet and sticky probably have never been cleaned smelled like mold but it was quite and cheap for our 2 night stay

Terrible. Cheaper is not always better. We were charged an extra $35 stay when we arrived and already booked/paid through Expedia. NEVER have we had to pay anything extra. The room only could open if we asked front desk. There is a sign saying no return policy. They knowingly seem to know how to work the system to fraudulently scam people. We get to our room and the tv is broken, won’t stay on. We report it. Was told it wasn’t like that. I requested the $35 back. If they want extra the room needs to be worth it! That did not happen. Later in evening as we are laying in bed the water pipe bust in bathroom flooding floor. The manager was kind and helped. There is no breakfast as posted. We asked for towels and they never brought anything. Said they had no staff for that at that time. I reported it to cooperate. As we could not leave I would not get refunded the two days I already paid for this disappointment. The other good thing was one staff member who did a good job and felt remorseful of the ownerships lack of responsibility! Waste of money..I’m being boujie from now on with hotels!

The worst experience since I’ve been a member. Rude staff, no trash cans in the room. No remote to watch the television, no towels. And management expected for the room to be in a clean condition afterwards. Beds made, room clean all of the above. The room was already dirty when we got there. I tried call the front seat I also went down to the front desk no one answered the door

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I had asked to see the room and the security guard/desk clerk made some excuse not to allow me to it was infested with bugs and filthy. I also asked if there was bugs and he said no there was also no toilet paper, stains all over the carpet and the sheets, The curtains were tore, there wasn’t any lampshades, there wasn’t any soap, the shower didn’t work!!!!! They wouldn’t allow me to move rooms and then when I try to get a refund all I got was the phone ringing over and over again until I was hung up on, so I didn’t stay because there was roaches crawling on the walls and because of how horrendous my experience was plus they didn’t put me in the room I reserved anyway the whole thing was a big fiasco. it was awful!! They were rude and didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing or cared. I left and didn’t stay!!! I want a full refund!! Now I have bug BITES ON MY LEGS!!!

Deadbolt wouldn't lock. No toilet paper, soap, or towels in room. Photos on Expedia don't accurately represent the property. $50 cash deposit required. Numerous people loitering around the perimeter of the property when I arrived around 2 a.m. Cigarette burn stains on bathtub. Carpet worn through to the subfloor. Two lamps missing shades...one missing a bulb. The lobby was still deadbolted shut at 8:30 a.m. Wooden bathroom door at some point had a hole punched through it...that was subsequently repaired with drywall mud.
I don't know how this property rates five stars...or how Expedia even wants to be associated with it.

Heater not working in a very cold night. No toilet paper available, no soap, very very dirty and smelly. Ripped carpets and broken furniture. Worst I've ever seen. Left 30 min after checking in and went looking for another hotel. Completely unacceptable. The girl in the lobby was very nice thou and as helpful as she could be given the circumstances.

The blanket given were torn. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. The bathroom door was broken and hard to close. The AC was not working well.

Upon arrival, we were told that they needed a $50 CASH deposit. No, they won’t take a credit or debit card. Cash only. Oh and they won’t refund it until they inspect the room, during which time they lock you out of the office in the cold.
The place is absolute garbage. Roaches and mouse poop all over the room.
Oh and “no refunds for any reason,” meaning that I’d already paid so there was no way to get money back.
One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

DO NOT GO HERE. First off when I went to the room the smell was atrocious. It was like mold and 💩 in one smell. I was okay its fine whatever but then when I looked around and the paint on the walls were saggy from water leaks, the door didnt close all the way. The rim around floor was decaying and the bathroom had a sticky puddle of i don't know what on the floor. The shower had dirt in it. Also the towels oh my goodness. I held them up to a light and the stains on them were crazy. I couldnt believe what i saw. They were I kid you not brown. The toilet would also flush on its own. The beds were almost worst there were bugs and black and brown specs in them and dirt marks on the pillow cases. Lastly the morning comes im cleaning up the little garbage I had from ordering food the front desk guy knocks on my door and ask me “ok what is your plan” Umm LEAVE?? Why are you asking me that it was 10:00 an hour before check out time. I got to the front to receive my 50 dollar security deposit and he checks my room which i have videos of that i left SPOTLESS he brings back a towel with red stains on it that I know forsure i didnt use. And says “I have bad news, you owe me three dollars” or something along those lines FOR A TOWEL WITH STAINS ON IT!!! Thats how I knew that they have been using the same towels for longer than a couple months. This place is disgusting. Do not stay here the price matches the quality. I didn't expect this bad.

Cleaning was horrible. I just stayed a couple of hours and there were cockroaches everywhere (beds and bathroom)
