We booked this hotel because the conference hotel was sold out. But our experience was wonderful. Staff always greeted us upon arriving and leaving. The walk to the conference hotel was only 10 minutes and our room, and the hotel in general, was always very clean. Our overall experience was excellent!

We had a wonderful stay here. From check in to check out it was a great experience. The room was probably the best room we have ever had. Clean comfy big!!! The shower pressure was great. The scented bathroom products were nice. We had coffee and tea in the room. You all thought of everything. The breakfast was so so fabulous. Best free breakfast ever! The staff were so nice and kept the place very clean. That means a lot. We have been to a Marriott and we’re highly disappointed. The only negative was smelling pot down the hall but that’s not a hotel problem. Five +++ stars!

I was staying with a dog and was happy to notice that there were plenty of spaces to take her out to potty. It would be nice to have a couple more trash receptacles outside. Staff was extremely helpful when the weather turned bad.

Staff was quite friendly and always very helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean with convenient kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Climate control very good. On Wednesday evening hotel provided a complementary pizza and pasta meal with salad and beverages in dining room. It was a delightful bonus to our stay. Located near nice restaurants and extensive shopping venues. This was our second stay in this hotel. When in Tulsa we will stay here again. For us it is a wonderful facility.

When we arrived the hotel staff was very nice. We were told that we needed to enter from the from doors because the keys don't always work on the other doors. We Hen we arrived in our room it was very hot the heat was on, set at 73. Later that night when we got back to the hotel we were ready to shower and head to bed, we found that there were NO Towels in our room, call the front desk and the staff member told me yeah they might just be out since the hotel was at capacity.. no towels I feel that this is no acceptable for a hotel. She then called back 30 min. Later to let me know she found some but I needed to come get them. Is towels not a room standard??
