"Hotel condition overall was unsat for PAYINGA CUSTOMERS. The rooms our party had were absolutely disgusting and had things either falling apart or broken all over. The elevators in one building didn't work. There were stains on some of our sheets and the bathroom had hair all over it, clearly the room was completely turned over. Desk staff were nice for the most part but extremely disorganized and weren't communicating because they kept double booking our rooms. I
Was paranoid another person would walk into room. Says hotel is under renovation but that's an understatement. The entire building should be gutted and redone before charging anyone money to stay there. Not very secure when all the outside doors are left propped open and card readers are pointless. I can go on longer but the point is spend the extra $$$ and stay somewhere else, if I could've canceled after the 1st night without losing my money I would've RAN across the street to another facility!"
"Wonderful old hotel. Lots of Tulsa history. Great downtown location to walk. The ac in our room was loud, not unusual for these kind of units. The only downgrade I give is one of the hosts at checkin was rude about misplacing our baggage ticket. "
"Great stay! Every aspect was great but I would have liked the pool bathroom to be open instead of going in the gym. Heated pool was great though. Carvers on 19 had fabulous food. Great stay!"
"The hallways had a very strong chemical/deodorizing smell which was very unpleasant.
Check out was at 11 and we left in the morning to run and errand and then came back around 10:30 to get our multiple leftover containers from our room fridge that we left on purpose to stay cold. When we returned to the room, housekeeping had already gone into the room and started cleaning and threw away our food. When I approached the front desk, I verified that it was not yet checkout time yet and explained that our belongings in the fridge (multiple full boxes of food) had been thrown away. They argued that they had no way of knowing we were returning even though it was not yet check out time. I could understand if it was past check out time, then of course assume we left it or forgot it and throw it away, but should we not have the chance to recover our things until 11 since we had not yet told the desk we were checking out if our room? The lady at the desk did not offer any reimbursement or sympathy for that matter. "
