"This is a condo property that rents out rooms. We have stayed twice and the experience is not consistent. Stayed for work and no iron in the room. Texted to request and no response. Texting from the property is inconsistent with timing of check in/out. I paid super cheap so it’s ok but if you’re paying full price in season I would be concerned. Room is clean. Full kitchen. Nice hot tub. Great location. No road noise. If you want full service this isn’t the place. If you want a condo...

"We love this place however did have a few hiccups this time we stayed. The construction was a little hard to find parking etc. Our room had a couple issues that never got fixed and there was a faulty fire alarm going the whole night so we didn’t sleep very good. The pools are always a hit and the staff is very nice. Just those few issues or I would give it a better rating but we usually like the Homestead. "

"Terrible. Wouldn’t stay the second night we booked. We cut our trip short. No mattress protector on the mattress, not even a fitted sheet, just a flat sheet, boogers all over the walls, frayed carpet with nails exposed where the carpet meets the hard floor. Holes in curtains, didn’t close all the way, only way to close th curtains was to use a hook that looked to be a broken part of the curtains, lacked sufficient hot water, poor lighting, broken furniture. It feel like we were in an apartment...

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! "The location was great at the top of Main Street in Park City, the room, staff and property left something to be desired. Room: bed not completely made, shower curtain ripped, towels had holes, no dead bolt or safe on door. Staff: never had anyone at front desk answer the phone - not one time in the 7 attempts over 4 months I tried - sad.
