It took the staff 3 tries to find us a room with a bathtub, after we requested that.. Had to cart our stuff from room to room, only to find that the next one had no bathtub.
Staff agreed to put our ice packs in the freezer at the front desk. The next morning, they were not even frozen as they had just put them in the fridge. our food had to be thrown out.
