"The only negative for this hotel is a lack of parking near, which, to be fair, the hotel very clearly communicates to guests. This proved so inconvenient that we moved to another hotel for a return stay we had planned. "The min u walked in to checkin and till u leave, nothing to complain. Check in was super easy and fast. Room was clean and exactly what described. "Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "
