"Overall all is good everything "

"Overall, everything was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the swimming pool was excellent. However, one staff member was enough to ruin the overall impression of our stay. Right from the beginning, the security employee standing outside behaved very rudely. Although there was available space near the reception, he did not allow us to park there briefly for check-in, even though we had arrived with our whole family and children. He communicated in a very rough manner, giving orders instead of speaking politely. Unfortunately, this experience was enough to spoil the impression of the entire stay. It would be good for a hotel of this level to train its staff in basic customer service and communication skills."

"The setting of this hotel is stunning - set in the mountains literally on a babbling brook, it couldn't be more peaceful or scenic. Most importantly, the staff - particularly Tatev - are amazing - kind, friendly, helpful, communicative. Can't recommend this place enough."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and had desks to work on. Big plus to have a toilet downstairs in the living area and a toilet plus shower upstairs near the bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and had excellent views of the mountains through enormous windows. You can also look out onto the courtyard tables and a large screen television. We also ate lunch in the restaurant and it was great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back. Excellent value."

"We stayed at Dilivita Rest House in Dilijan for just one night, and even that was too long. if you have kids, avoid this place completely. The photos showing slides and a playground are very misleading this is not a kid-friendly property. We booked through Expedia for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids), and were given a room that smelled of dampness and had a huge stone in the middle. It was completely unacceptable. When I asked for a different room, the owner (an elderly man) started crying and blaming Expedia for giving us a low price. I told him that wasn’t our problem—we booked through the platform and expected a room suitable for 5. He offered us another room only after charging us an extra 20,000 dram. We made it work for one night only because we didn’t want more stress, and let our 3-year-old sleep with us. Later, my kids played in the yard with the owner’s grandkids. They accidentally lost a soccer ball during a game, and the owner got angry, accusing us of damaging his property. How is this a family-friendly place if kids aren’t even allowed to play without being blamed? When we returned to the room late at night, there was no hot water, and no one around to help.
