"Everyone works at hotel is very friendly, always greet the visitors with happy smile. Lots of parking space. Hot breakfast was good, also there is waffle maker which kids love. Over all, definitely worth the money. And I will stay there again when I am in the area."

"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"I would like to start with the person who helped me at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Me and my boyfriend felt so uncomfortable that we slept on top of the blanket and I even put my own blanket down so I wouldn’t have to touch the bed. Our bathroom sink did not drain. "After a long day travelling was disappointed that the Hotel had no record of our reservation from Expedia. Then not being bale to get through to speak to someone which was taking a long time selecting the automated options without resolution. Eventually sorted when Hotel contacted Expedia which they could have offered when we arrived. "

"Came here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, wish we looked else where. Pool and spa were closed for “inspection”, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia). Employees had zero dress code, in t shirts and gym shorts. All ammedities were not available, that being the restaurant, pool/spa, wine cellar, and cafe. Tennis court is abandoned. "Everything was perfect, beautiful rooms, comfy bed and spacious. Only I see the hotel needs ice machine."

"The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."

"My stay was for one night only. There is a deadbolt lock in addition to the regular lock on the handle. I closed the deadlock. Later, when I wanted to go out for dinner, I could don't get the deadbolt open. I had opened it earlier with no problem so this was a little strange. I was locked in my hotel room until maintenance came and pulled the screens off the windows so he could reach in and spray the lock with WD-40. The lock was still sticky after that so I only locked it 1/3 of the way. ...
