"Expedia showed this hotel as a 4 star. It's the first 4 star hotel where there's no room service for customers that stay more than a day. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion. We had a great difficulty to set the temperature in the room so we had to go several times to the reception to have them set it. Breakfast is crazy expensive (65 lpz). Location is not very convenient."

"such a good location. there is a great sandwich coffee and pastry shop next door if you didn’t want to buy breakfast, just a 20 min walk from the main square over the bridge. room was so clean and the hotel smelt amazing and was so modern. staff were super kind!"
