"Our stay here was amazing. Everything was perfect, staff was amazing and helpful, the room was clean. We are very happy with our visit. We had their help with transportation from and to the port, well worth it. There are so many steps in Oia and they help you with your suitcases, it’s really helpful. Breakfast was great too! "

"I was disappointed with my stay at Just Blue. The cleanliness was below expectation. The towels and bed sheets smelled bad, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. The shower setup was also very inconvenient. The shower head is installed extremely low, making it difficult for adults to use comfortably and really only suitable for shorter children. Although the listing includes a kitchen, it was practically unusable because there were almost no kitchen supplies provided. Another issue was that the suite had only one wall AC unit at the entrance for the entire space. The basement area and bathroom were rarely conditioned and felt uncomfortable. In addition, the property is advertised for up to 6 guests, yet we were asked to pay extra when staying with 4 people, which felt misleading and unreasonable. Just be careful when you make the reservation and make sure to select the correct number of guests. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing, especially considering the price and location in Santorini. I would not recommend staying here."

"ONE OF MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES AND AFTER TRAVELLING TO OVER 40 COUNTRIES,I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL NOW:I had a very disappointing experience at Anemomilos.I specifically paid for a bright white designer-style room with an indoor hot tube& distinctive design features, including a well design bed shown in the listing.However,upon arrival I was given a completely different room with darker and more basic interior lacking the design and features that influenced my choice and instead of an indoor hot tube it had an outdoor hot tub.The hotel’s response was to say that it was the same“room category,”but this does not reflect the reality of the experience.The room I received was clearly different.An indoor hot tub and an outdoor one r not equivalent,particularly in cold, windy, weather,where the outdoor facility becomes effectively unusable.As a result, a major feature I paid for could not be used at all and Idid not receive the room experience I had selected which significantly impacted my stay.When I raised the issue,I did not feel supported.I did not feel treated with the level of respect and professionalism expected.I also did not feel genuinely welcomed during my interaction with staff which added to the overall negative experience.Ispent several hrs trying to resolve the issue with Expedia,but was only met with automated responses with no outcome.the repetitive nature of these responses further added to the frustration.Overall disappointing"

"I had an exceptional stay at Vogue Suites in Oia. Every staff member treated me with genuine warmth and care throughout my visit. The hotel was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the shower and Wi‑Fi were excellent. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Oia, close to shops, restaurants, main attractions, and the local bus stop. Despite being central, the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing. The friendliness of the staff truly stood out. The lady at breakfast welcomed me every morning and went above and beyond, even giving me helpful advice on what to do during my time in Santorini. Breakfast itself was high quality with plenty of variety. Reception staff were incredibly accommodating. They stored my medication in their fridge, allowed me to stay on the premises after check‑out, and even offered me a complimentary cold drink before I left. The porters were also fantastic, carrying my luggage up and down the steps to and from the bus stop on both arrival and departure. I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. I have never been treated so well anywhere. Thank you for an amazing stay."
