The property is a bit run down and seems to have seen better days. The rooms were a bit too small for four people. The view and the free tennis were great.

Flat / apartment wasn't great but location and service was very good. Also - parking charge is very high, 8 eur per day is a steep price given that there is a free on street parking around.

Reception not really friendly, asked us all the time to speak French even when we said that we don’t speak French only English. The most important thing is, when we booked this place, it said that parking is for free. When we arrived that lady from reception said that parking is 8€/day. When we showed our booking she pretended she was searching for our booking and said yes it’s free for you. But the parking there is for free, people who lives there said that to us already. This is really disappointing, such a lie. For the rest an okey place for the money that we have paid.

séjour déplorable au Les Tamaris-Trouville-sur-Mer

Je souhaite vous faire part de ma profonde déception concernant le séjour d’une nuit que nous avons effectué à trois personnes le samedi 4-5 octobre 2025 dans votre établissement Les Tamaris à Trouville-sur-Mer. Ce séjour s’est avéré catastrophique pour plusieurs raisons : Présence d’insectes (verts et mites) sur les lits superposés, comme vous pourrez le constater par vous même par l’intermédiaire des photos ci-jointes. Nous avons donc été contraints de dormir tous les trois sur le lit à deux places. Saleté visible au sol en ouvrant le lit deux places. Forte odeur de cigarette persistante dans le couloir du deuxième étage, perceptible jusque dans la chambre n°205, ce qui nous a obligés à laisser la fenêtre grande ouverte malgré le temps pluvieux. Taches visibles sur les couvertures et les coussins doutant de leur hygiène. Face à de telles conditions, je vous demande le remboursement intégral du séjour. Il y a un écart inacceptable entre la qualité de service promise et la réalité vécue. Par contre, la personne à l’accueil a été très gentille et agréable.

Un désastre, n’y allez pas ! Il y a des travaux, les appartements sont sales (photos à l’appui). Hôtels.com n’ont pas accepté de changer ni de raccourcir mon séjour. Une honte !

Les plus : hotel propre, accueil rapide et convenable, proximité de la plage de trouville accessible par les marches, la superbe vue sur la mer, le balcon, le choix de la vaisselle et les équipements...etc Les moins : accueil tardif à 17h devoir faire nous mêmes les housses des couettes et draps de litterie, on a dit si on veut que la femme de ménage vienne faire les housses il faut débourser 9 euros..du jamais vu ! Le lit pliable qui grince ( beaucoup), nuit pas trop paisible...

La résidence date des années 70, propre mais un peu vieillote. Si l'on souhaite travailler en Wifi, c'est de l'ordre de l'impossible. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas, le réseau téléphonique est quasiment inexistant. Il faut vraiment venir ici pour se reposer....et ne pas chercher à se connecter.

Séjour très mitigé dans cette résidence très vieillissante. À notre arrivée, des étais de maçon tiennent les balcons qui se trouvent juste au dessus de l'entrée. Nous sommes donc obligés de passer en dessous pour entrer dans la résidence. L'appartement est très bien, pratique. Mais plusieurs choses viennent ternir notre séjour, à savoir, tâches sur les housses du canapé, draps pleins de trous et une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas correctement et où on voit le jour à travers l'huisserie. À notre départ, j'ai fait part de ces remarques à la personne de l'accueil. La seule réponse que j'ai eu de la direction, est que j'aurais dû le dire avant. Je ne pense pas qu'ils auraient changé la fenêtre sur les quatres jours où nous sommes restés. Dommage car la vue est très belle et l'endroit est calme.

Tolle Lage und wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung vertragen. Es war aber alles sauber und ordentlich und das Apartment war in der Ausstattung gut bestückt. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist hervorragend, wenn man nicht direkt im Ort wohnen will und es ist ein schöner kleiner Weg direkt zum Strand über einige Stufen, aber nicht an der Straße entlang, was wir sehr angenehm fanden.
